Can I track my order after it’s been shipped?
A shipping notification email will be sent once your order is shipped. The notification email includes tracking number and a link to UPS tracking page.

How long does it take to respond email?

I don’t receive the shipment, but tracking information shows “Delivered”?
We’re sorry that your package is missing.
Firstly, please check around your house and your neighbor. Sometimes the shipping courier misdelivered to a neighboring address close to you. There’s a higher chance when you are located in a community.
If you are still unable to locate the package, we suggest calling UPS Customer Service at 1(800)-742-5877. UPS typically is able to provide detailed information to help with locating the missing package.
If after trying the above suggestions, you are still not able to locate your package, please feel free to contact us. We purchase additional insurance for every shipment and will file a claim with UPS for you. Usually, it takes 20 business days for UPS to complete the claim investigation. We will keep you informed of UPS solutions timely.
